LAUNCHES DRIVE With enrollment of 50,000 as Its ultimate goal, the Utah Congress of Parents and Teachers launched its annual membership drive Sunday, Sun-day, under the direction of Mrs. C. O. Roskelley of Salt Lake City, state membership chairman. Local units, group councils and P.-T. A. regions of the state will sponsor fall festivals, Hallowe'en parties, teas, fashion shows, and school programs of various types to stimulate an increase in membership. mem-bership. In some of the smaller cities and towns, house-to-house canvasses will be made, Mrs. Roskelley Ros-kelley said.
