Show MRS. MARY E.N0E SERVICES HELD Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Thorne Noe, 72, of 1555 Indiana Ave., Salt Lake City, widow wi-dow of George J. Noe, a resident of Springville for many years, who died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Sheldon J. Weight, on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, were conducted in the Springville First ward Sunday afternoon. af-ternoon. Burial was in the Evergreen Ever-green cemetery. Services were also conducted in Salt Lake City at the Poplar Grove ward chapel on Saturday afternoon. after-noon. Mrs. Noe was born October 16, 1869, in Pleasant Grove, but spent most of her life in Springville. She had always been active in church work, serving as president of the First ward Primary for 23 years, and had also worked in the temple and been active in Relief society affairs. She is survived by one daughter daugh-ter and three grandchildren; also five brothers and sisters, Mrs. Ada Bush of Rigby, Ida.; Mrs. Margaret Margar-et Marrott of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Annie Fugalof Shelly, Ida.; Frederick Fred-erick Thorne of Provo, and Elvin R. Thorne of Pleasant Grove. |
