Show POLICE ARREST LAW VIOLATORS Several arrests were made the past few weeks by the SpringviUe city police department for drunkenness drunk-enness traffic, and other offenses. J. M. Musshorn of Provo was fined $10 by the city justice of the peace for speeding-, and for the same offense, M. Tiffany of Salem was fined $5, and John Davis Dav-is of Trice was fined $15. Hugh Gardner was fined $2.50 for having hav-ing no license, and William Snell of Spanish Fork, $7.50 for speeding. speed-ing. Krma King plead guilty to the charge of soliciting photography in the city without a license and was fined $25. W. J. Gourley forfeited $25 on a drunkenness charge. Two fishermen, Fred Otto of this city and Donald Falls of Provo, Pro-vo, were caught fishing in Hobble Creek Sunday, with meat and worms and were each fined $25 in Justice Wayne Johnson's court. This stream, according to H. M. Weight, city marshall, who is also a game warden and who made the arrests, will not be open for fishing fish-ing until June 12, at 5 a. m. |
