Show FRANK BEARDALL SERVICES SET FOR TOMORROW Funeral services for Frank Beardall, 81, pioneer resident of Springville and retired farmer, will be conducted Friday at Z p. m. in the Third ward chapel. Friends may call at the home of a daughter, Mrs. George Hone, on Fourth North and Second West street, before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery, ceme-tery, directed by C. O. Claudin funeral home. Mr. Bearadll died early Tuesday in a Salt Lake City hospital, where he had been confined two weeks. He had been living with a son, La Von Beardall, at Park City. He was born in Nottingham, England, March 18, 1861. In 1863 he came with his parents to Utah, settling in Springville, where he had since made his home. He had followed farming most of his life. He had been active in church work and was a member of the high priests quorum at the time of his death. He married Mary Ann Herbert in the Manti temple in 1890. She died the same year and on December Decem-ber 20, 1893, he married Emma J. Watts in the Salt Lake temple. She died a number of years ago. Surviving are nine sons and daughters: William Herbert Beardall, Bear-dall, Mrs. Walter F. Storey and Mrs. George Hone of Springville; Mrs. Mary E. Looser, Benjamin; Mrs. Leonel Johnson, Provo; E. Reed Beardall, Orem; C. LaVon Beardall, Park City; Mrs. Roy Worthen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Otis Graves, Pioche, Nev.; also 45 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Emma Van Leuvan, of Springville. Maybe the war will teach the citizens to work together for the common good. |
