' --'.,. - ' t xm f I f ' - - .- ? i f - . ?- 1. - Mr. and Mrs. Elden Stallings, nee LaRae Nelson Newlyweds Make Home in Springville Following Home Rites, May 9 i. i Pretty Miss LaRae Nelson, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wray Nelson of this city became the bride of Elden Stallings, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Stallings of Spanish Fork, in home rites performed per-formed by Bishop Grant Thorn of the Fifth ward on Saturday evening eve-ning May 9. The bride was gowned in white lace, ballerina length and wore an orchid corsage. Her bridesmaids included her sister, Sherel Nelson, her sister-in-law, Ellen Nelson and a close friend, Bonnie Bate. They wore- gowns in pastel colors and corsages of gardenias and carnations. carna-tions. Golden Stallings, brother of the groom, served as best man. Standing also with the couple to greet their friends at a reception recep-tion which followed the wedding rites were their parents. Acting as host and hostess were Mrs. Golden Stallings and Mrs. J. C. Davis. Little Joy Widdison and Shelia Carter' received the gifts and Mrs. Phillip Carter and Mrs. Walley Ferguson arranged the gift display. dis-play. LaVar Nelson was usher. In charge of the refreshments were Mrs. Ed Averett, Mrs. Bill Bowen, Mrs. Lee Nelson and Mrs.' Warren Parry. Serving was by Collette Palfreyman and LaRae Fietkau. On the dining table was a pretty pret-ty three-tiered wedding cake topped top-ped with a miniature bride and groom and two wedding rings and decorated with tiny fink rosebuds. rose-buds.
