Show History, Lesson Given at Camp Meet Camp Sierra Bonita DUP met at the home of Mrs. Viva Kirby on Thursday evening of last week and enjoyed a pioneer history given by Mrs. Lula Jones of her great grandfather, Lucius N. Scovil. A descendant of Mr. Scovil, Miss Anita Richmond gave a solo, "When Shadows Fall," accompanied accompan-ied by Marilyn Thorps. Mrs. La-Rue La-Rue Walker, class leader, gave an interseting lesson on, "Our First Town Government." At the close of the program, refreshments were served by hostesses, hos-tesses, Mrs. Mary Wareham, Mrs. Ellen Crandall Mrs. Bessie Gour-ley Gour-ley and Mrs. Kirby to twenty-three twenty-three camp members. |
