Show Mapleton Jaycees Enjoy Talks by State, National Heads at Dinner The Mapleton J.C.'s were served serv-ed a delicious turkey supper on Thursday night in Memorial Hall by their wives. Neno Antineno, Jack Bona and Cleon Christensen were in charge. State President Bob Poe of Salt Lake City was a special guest speaker as was also National Director Di-rector Wayne Otley of Salt Lake City. Twenty-two men were present. Dr. and Mrs. Rex Whiting and family of Heber were Sunday evening eve-ning guests at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Whiting. Whit-ing. Another caller at the Whiting Whit-ing home over the weekend was Reese Anderson of Vernal who was here on school business. Mrs. Eva Bird was hostess to the members of the Mapleton Chapter of DUP at her home on Thursday afternoon. Assisting her in serving refreshments were Ruby Jensen, Hattie Jensen and Ida Whiting.
