Show Springville Men Take Over Provo Automobile Concern, Re-Organize in the office and shops will remain unchanged. The firm will carry all makes of Studebaker cars and trucks and also the famous Mack trucks. Prior to August of 1952, oficers of the firm were Ralph E. Packard, Pack-ard, president; F. C. Packard, vice president and C. G. Salisbury, secretary. sec-retary. In August of last year, F. C. Packard and -Mr. Salisbury sold out to Mr. Childs and Mr. Maycock, who remain in the firm under the new ownership. The Central Utah Motor Company, Com-pany, Studebaker agency in Provo has been recently reorganized with Louis A. Johnson, Paul A. Thorn and Grant S. Thorn buying out the holdings of Ralph E. Packard who was president of the firm until un-til the sale. Other previous partners in the firm, Myron D. Childs and Howard C- Maycock, both of Springville, remain in the company and will hold the offices of vice president and secretary - treasurer, respectively, respec-tively, with Mr. Johnson as the firm's new president and manager. Mr. Johnson was formerly associated as-sociated with the Cox Motor Company, Com-pany, Studebaker' dealer in Cedar City. .. . v.- The other two new owners, Paul A. and Grant S.
