Show Blood Donors Give 130 Pints InSpringville A total of 130 pints of blood were secured in Springville by the Red Cross Bloodmobile on its visit vis-it to this community Thursday afternoon, according to A. L. ' Thorpe, Red Cross chairman. Donors Don-ors included citizens of Springville, Spring-ville, American Fork, Spanish Work and Provo. While 200 pints had been set as a goal, officials state that the drive was more than gratifying since there were still a large number of donors waiting when the doors closed, and many others who signed up were unable to give because of contracting the the flu. Officials wish to extend appreciation appre-ciation to the newspapers, to the radio stations, and all others who assisted with the project with special spe-cial thanks going to volunteer assistants as-sistants Mrs. Bert Cherrington, Mrs. Carl Gustavso-n, Mrs. Bert West, Mrs. Ed Forshee, Mrs. Clarence Clar-ence Erdman, Mrs. Russell Black-ett, Black-ett, Mrs. Walter Johnson.
