Show Notice of Intention Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Springville,. Utah, of the intention of the said city council coun-cil to make the following described des-cribed improvements, to wit: To make cement sidewalks, curb and gutter and driveways in the district dis-trict and on the streets herein after designated in Springville, Utah County, State of Utah; a total of 9,314 linear feet of sidewalk, side-walk, 2,080 linear feet standard curb and gutter, 168 linear feet 6" CMP culvert, 1 catch basin, 6 driveways 10' x 12', 17 driveways drive-ways 10' x 7.5', 1 driveway 16' x 7.5'. All the lands herein described are within the corporate limits of Springville, Utah County, Utah, and are situated in Section 33, township 7 South Range 3 East of the Salt Lake Base and meridian. mer-idian. The said improvements are to be made according to plans, specifications spec-ifications and profiles which will be on file in the office of the City Recorder. The abbutters portion of the costs and expense thereof will be defrayed, by special assessments upon the lots and pieces of ground to be affected or benefited by such improvements which shall be assessed as-sessed according to front footage; the said district to be known as district number 7 as follows: SIDEWALK: 8th" East Street East Side, Center Cen-ter to 4th South. 8th East Street West Side, Center Cen-ter to 1st South. 6th East Street 9th South to 10th South, East side. 6th East Street 9th South to 10th South, West side. 10th South Street North side, 4th East to 7th East. 10th South Street South side, 4th East to approx. 650 East. 9th South Street North side, 4th East to East line of 6th East. 9th South Street South side, 4th East to West line of 6th East. 5th East Street 9th South to 10th South, both sides. 5th South Street Main Street to 1st East, both sides. CURB AND GUTTER Center Street South side, 4th East to 7th East. East side of 4th East, Center to 120 South Street. 3rd South Street, North side, 2nd East, East 271 feet. The estimated cost of the improvements im-provements so designated which shall be charged to the abutted property benefitted will be approximately ap-proximately $23,969.80. With 2080 linear feet standai'd curb and gutter gut-ter $2.50 per front foot; 168 feet 6" CMP culvert $1.10; 1 catch basin $110.00; 8524 feet 4' x 4" sidewalk $1.75; 790 feet 4' x 6" sidewalk $2.20; 6 driveways drive-ways 10' x 12' $90.00; 17 driveways drive-ways 10' x 7.5' $70.00; 1 driveway drive-way 16' x 7.5' $900.00. All protests or objections to the carrying out of such improvements or to the carrying out of such intention in-tention must be made in writing, filed by the owners of the property affected or benefitted, and giving the particular description of the protestants property affected together to-gether with the 'number of front feet to the City Recorder of Springville, Utah, on or before the 15th day of August, A.D. 1956. The City Council at the regular council meeting to be held on the 20th day of August 1956 at 7:30 P.M. will consider such protests and objections to said improvements improve-ments as shall have been made.
