Show Jaycee Wives Conduct Meet A report of progress on the annua an-nua Christmas project was given at the November meeting of the Springville Jaye.ee Wives held Wednesday. Mrs. LaMar Miner, club presi- home of Mrs. Vi Child where they were entertained at a presentation of the famous First Lady doll collection col-lection of Mrs. Marie Whiting. Mrs. Whiting displayed the dolls and told something of the history of each one of the country's First Ladies. The color group headed by Mrs. Blaine Ostler was in charge of the meeting and table decorations were arranged by Mrs. Ostler, Mrs. Matt Robertson and Mrs. White. 1 dent, conducted a short business meeting at Kapps Melody Inn during dur-ing which Mrs. H. M. (Bud,1 Done reported several quUts have been completed and other quilts anc" dish towels are to be finished. Also at the meeting Mrs. Francis Chapman Chap-man reported plans for a Christmas Christ-mas party to be held Dec. 23 for Jaycees and Jaycee Wives. Mrs. Marcus Johnson told of a recent interclub meeting at American Ameri-can Fork attended by a group from Springville and Mrs. Joe White gave a report on an Orem Jaycee Wives fashion show attended by others. Following the dinner and business busi-ness meeting at which tables were decorated with a Thanksgiving theme, the group went to' the |
