Show ADVKKTISEMEXT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the BOARD OF EDUCATION, NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, will receive bids for furnishing all labor, material, ma-terial, transportation and services for the construction of an Elementary Elemen-tary School Building, at Payson, Utah County, Utah. Each bid is to be in accordance with plans, specifications speci-fications and other contract documents docu-ments now on file with the BOARD OP EDUCATION, NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, where they may be examined; and copies may be obtained ob-tained from the Architect, V. C. BUTLER. 387 South 5th West. Payson, Utah, upon deposit of $20.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded upon retujn of such copy in good condition' within five days after the bids are opened. Separate bids will' be received for General Construction, electrical construction and mechanical construction con-struction (plumbing, heating, and ventilating), and three separate contracts will be awarded. Bids will be publicly opened at the office of the BOARD of EDUCATION, EDU-CATION, NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, DIS-TRICT, SPANISH FORK, UTAH, at 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 2, 1953. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the Architect's office; shall be accompanied accom-panied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond for 5 of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the BOARD OF EDUCATION, NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, SPANISH FORK, UTAH. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if one is awarded to him. and will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract after being be-ing requested so to ' do by the BOARD OF EDUCATION. The successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory performance bonds in the amounts of their contracts. The BOARD OF EDUCATION, NEBO SCHOOL DISTRICT, reserves re-serves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. Published in the Springville Herald Nov. 26, 1953 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is herein given that the Board of Education, Nebo School District, Spanish Fork, Utah, will receive bids for all the Labor and materials required in connection with the construction of the Grant School Building located at Springville, Spring-ville, Utah. Bids are to be submitted separately separ-ately for the (1) General Work, which includes everything except the Plumbing and Heating and the Electrical Work; (2) Plumbing and Heating; and (3) Electrical work. Bids are to be submitted in accordance accord-ance with the respective plans, specifications, and other contract documents now on file with the Board of Education, Nebo School District at Spanish Fork, Utah. and at the office of Claude Shepherd Shep-herd Ashworth, Architect, Provo, Utah. The Contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Architect upon receipt of $50.00 per set for the General Work, $25.00 per set for the ' Plumbing and Heating, and $25.00 per set for the Electrical Work, which deposit will be refunded pro- ' viding the bid is submitted in proper prop-er form and upon receipt of such copies in good condition; within ten (10) days after the bids are opened, open-ed, otherwise, the contractor will forfeit his deposit to the Architect. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the Architect, and shall be accompanied ac-companied by a certified or cashier's cash-ier's check or bid bond for five (5) per cent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the Board of Education, Nebo School District and shall be sealed and filed with the Clerk of said Board in Spanish Fork, Utah on or. before December 2nd, 1953 at 8 p.m., at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee guaran-tee that the bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and will be declared forfeited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract after being requested re-quested to do so by the said Board within a period of fifteen (15) days. The said Board reserves the right to reject any or a'l bids or waive anv informality in a bid.
