Show Mapleton Man Files For School Board Position Glenn Holley of Mapleton and La Von E. Payne of Benjamin, were the only two candidates who filed for the position of member of the Nebo School dis- y . . Files . . . trict board from Precinct 3, it 3 was announced by the clerk of the' board today. Monday, November 20, was the last day on which a name could be filed. The board member is to represent repre-sent Mapleton, Birdseye, Soldier Summitt, Col ton, Salem, Benjamin Benja-min and Lake Shore, and will be elected for a term of five years. Wendell J. Francis, the incumbent incum-bent member from Lake Shore, who incidentally is chairman of the board, has not filed for reelection. re-election. The board election will be held on Wednesday, December 6 and voting polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voting will be at the City Hall in Mapleton. ..
