Black Hawk to Be Held in Spanish Fork Aug. 14 to 18 The annual state Elack Hawk encampment for 1951 has been set for August 14 to 18 in Spanish Fork, according to Alma Fullmer, state commander. The official name of the Black Hawk organization organiza-tion is "The Sons and Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Indian War Veterans." Mr. Fullmer has conferred with state officers, and Thursday night he met with the Spanish Fork committee to begin planning for the 5-day event. Siel Snell of Spanish Fork was chosen as general chairman, and a committee of fourteen was appointed ap-pointed to make the necessary preparations for what is expected to be a very successful celebration.
