Show Beverly Brady and Reed Clements j Exchange Marriage Vows , A wedding of interest to relatives rela-tives and friends is that of Miss Beverly Brady, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray C. Lewis of Provo, and Reed Clements, son of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Clements of this city. The nuptials were performed at the home of the bride's parents on March 30, with Bishop W. W. Clyde of the Ninth ward officiating. officiat-ing. Later in the evening, the couple was honored with a recep- tion in the Third-Ninth ward church. , The bride was attractively gowned" in an eggshell wedding gown entrain trimmed with tiny buttons in front and back and Peter Pan color, long pointed sleeves and dainty lace trim. Her veil, finger-tip length was fashioned fash-ioned to a crown of seed pearls. Her bouquet consisted 'of a single white orchid with white satin streamers knotted with stephan-otis stephan-otis on a white Bible. Ray Miller acted as best man and attending the bride were, Mrs. Thera Lou Ercanbrack of Provo, matron of honor, Verlene Brady, who was maid of honor and Paula Mendenhall, Martha Knotts and Miss Phyllis Peterson, bridesmaids. brides-maids. They wore corsages in matching colors. Acting host and hostesses during dur-ing the evening were, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Brady of Provo, Reed Av-erett Av-erett and Mrs. Max Rowland. Mrs. Shirley Brady of Provo was in charge of the guest book.- Arranging the gifts were, Mrs. Donna Crane, Mrs. Doris Bryan of Provo, Mrs. Beverly Leetham and Miss Betty Jean Alleman. Margie Bird of Provo and Roberta Chapman, Eileen Gardner and Maurine Williams were in charge of the serving. The reception featured a nicely arranged program with Clarence Jensen as master of ceremonies. Mrs. Louise Weight gave advice to the bride and groom';; Mary Joan Marsh, readings; Verlene Brady and Margie Bird, vocal duet, accompanied by Anna Mae Wardle, who also played the wedding wed-ding march; D'eliel Christensen of Wales, solo; Talmage and Clark Christensen, instrumental music |
