Show Seminary Graduation Class Sets Exercises Sunv 2 p.m. The customary time for the Seminary graduation gradua-tion exercises has been changed to Sunday afternoon rather than evening and will be held this Sunday at iz p.m., m the stake house, announces an-nounces Erwin L. Sheffield, instructor. in-structor. . The program emphasizing the theme, "We cannot please God more than by respecting and honoring hon-oring our fathers and mothers," will be carried out in the program numbers presented as follows: Prelude, Jane C. Norton; processional, proces-sional, graduates; invocation, Roger Ro-ger B. Nielson; vocal selection, girls' chorus, accompanied by Kay Christensen; welcome and introduction intro-duction to theme, Collette Miner; Address, "Is Church Activity Essential Es-sential in the Honoring of Parents Par-ents ", Lyle J. Maynard; clarinet solo, Marvin L. Gay, accompanied by Mary Best; Address, "What has Clean Living to do with Honoring Honor-ing and Respecting our Parents?", Karen Weight; Address, "How can we Respect our Fathers and Mothers Moth-ers by being Honest?", Don R. Strong; Address, "Is Ambition, being be-ing successful in life, necessary to Honor our Parents?", Nan Sheffield; Shef-field; viola solo, Carolyn Child, accompanied ac-companied by Kay Christensen. Presentation of graduates will be by Principal Erwin L. Sheffield and President Glen A. Christensen will award diplomas. A sacred hymn will be sung by "the girls' chorus, followed by the benediction benedic-tion by JoAnn Van Leuven. Instructors are Erwin L. Sheffield, Shef-field, Alton D. Merrill and Hal L. Taylor. |
