Show Local . Sens of ex-service men were given a treat Wednesday, at the annual social sponsored by the Legion, at Memorial hall. The boys enjoyed games, shooting contests con-tests and other competitive sports followed by lunch. Approximately 80 men and boys atended . Daughters of Utah Pioneers meetings this week are scheduled as follows: Camp No. 1, at the home of Mrs. Milenda Sumsion; Camp Springville, at the home of Mrs. M. O. Packard; Mapleton camp at the home of Mrs. Fielding Field-ing Jordan. Each meeting begin? at 2 o'clock. Mr. and Mrs. Rapheal Palfreyman Palfrey-man have received word that their son, Rapheal has been released from the English mision, and is enroute to his home here. Leo Crandall, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Crandall. plans to bo released from the Northwestern states mission and return home sometime this month or early in April. |
