Fox. who leaves November 23 for the Spanish-American Spanish-American mission, was honored at a farewell testimonial Sunday night, in the Second ward tfhapcl with a large crowd of ward mem- ' V 4"" t bers and friends in attendance. The opening song was given by the choir, with the invocation invoca-tion offered by Earl B. Sumsion. former bishop. The male quartet composed of Ralph Snelson, Carrol Car-rol Waters, Frank Bjarnson and Joseph Olsen, gave a number. W. W. Brockbank gave a talk; Annie Fox, an organ solo; Lucille Lu-cille Oakley, a reading; the girls' chorus composed of Pricella Gudmundsen, Francis Tuttle, Lula Fox, Merle Fletcher, Fern Sim-kins, Sim-kins, Florence Bramall, Edna Bartholomew and Annie Fox, gave a number; Bishop Harold , AUeman, remarks; response, Elder Eld-er Fox; closing song, trie choir; i benediction, Carol Licchty. The program was under direction direc-tion of the missionary committee composed of Clifford Crandall, E. A. Strong, Mae Fletcher and Minerva Jessee. |
