Salem Completes Street Program SALEM Completion of the $2,-000 $2,-000 road graveling project in Salem was reported to the city council at a regular meeting Tuesday. Reporting on the project, Lynn D. Cloward, city road supervisor, said that approximately 40 blocks of city streets had been surfaced with crushed gravel. It is the largest gravel project ever undertaken under-taken by Salem at one time. Most of the cost will be turned back to the city on delinquent and |
