Show C. C. Camp N ews Hobble Creek Camp F-80 Company No. 958 Monday morning Judge George W. Worthen of Provo gave a very interesting and educational talk on "Respect to the Flag." This was given as a part of the citizenship training and proved to be very interesting with Judge Worthen giving examples he had seen of American citizens who had not had the proper training in the proper respect due the national emblem. All of the enrollees and the attending staff's left the talk with a new view point on that subject. sub-ject. ccc Charles Am d, state road patrolmaji and Robert Milner, city marshal of Spanish Fork, gave some interesting side lights and i statistics on traffic rules and regulations regu-lations and some inside views on j accidents which have occurred in Utah county during the last, year and just exactly how the accidents acci-dents could have been prevented. The talks were a part of the, Safety First lectures and were very interesting inasmuch as the boys of this company are in close contact with moving vehicles every day. The talks and lectures being be-ing given as a part of the educational educa-tional program at this camp are proving to be of immense interest and value to the enrollees and will continue for another month. ccc Diamond Fork was selected as the site of the second spike camp of this organization and will be under the supervision of Forester Ronald Dyches. This group of thirteen boys will work on the Wadsworth recreational area and uerve as a fire fighting unit for the eastern slope of the Uintah forest. Bert is the camp's best cook. ccc Forester Elmer Madsen recently recent-ly was transferred from this camp to work in the Wasatch Forest with headquarters at Salt Lake City.
