If you wish to smoke, warned foresters, stop at a camp. Restrictions will remain until explosive conditions in forests have been replaced by normal moist conditions. One man was arrested for carelessness care-lessness concerning disposition of a campfire. A large fire near Riggins, in grass and scrub, was controlled Sunday by more than 200 men. |
