Show CRASH HURTS 6 AT MAPLETON Charges against Fred Allen, 19, of Mapleton, were being filed today to-day in city court as the result of an automobile crash Tuesday night at 8:30, one mile south of the Holley Service station at Mapleton, Ma-pleton, in which six person were injured. E. F. Cooper, 52, of Thistle, declared de-clared that Allen drove through a stop- sign at 40 miles an hour, smashing into his machine which was proceeding south on the state highway. Deputy Sheriffs J. P. Gourley and Reuben Christian-son Christian-son reported that Allen admitted he had failed to stop at the stop sign. The injured: E. F. Cooper. 52, cuts and bruises; bruis-es; Florence Cooper, 39, of Thistle, This-tle, broken left arm, fractured right arm, fractured right shoulder shoul-der and bruises; George Cooper, 2 Thistle, compound fracture of right arm, cuts and bruises about face and body; LeRoy Cooper, 4, Thistle, body bruises; Fred Allen, 19, Mapleton, bruises; Vernon Allen, Al-len, 18, Mapleton, cuts and bruises. bruis-es.
