Show MRS. REYNOLDS ANSWERS CALL Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Mar-tha Reynolds, 72, wtfe of Joseph A. Reynolds, and an ardent church worker of this community, who died Tuesday night, at the family resident, South Second East street, of sceptic poisoning, from which she . has suffered a long time, will be held Friday at 2 p. m. in the Third ward chapel, with burial in the city cemetery. Mrs. Reynolds was born August 2, 1862 in Salt Lake; City, a daughter of Isaac and Betsy Gallant Gal-lant Whittaker. She lived in Salt Lake City much of her early life. She was married to George Manwaring, poet and song writer, January 1881, in the endowment house, Salt Lake City. Mr. Man-waring Man-waring died in . 1889 and three years later she was married to Mr. Reynolds in the Salt Lake temple. Since her latter marriage she has lived in this city, where she was well known as a kind and loving mother to her own children as well as to her stepsons step-sons and daughters. She is survived by her husband and the folloing children, Mrs. D. C. Brimhall, Morris Reynolds; Dr. Frank Reynolds, Mrs. Harold Gardner; Mrs. Arthur Martell, Pipe Springs, Ariz.; Joseph H. Manwaring of Los Angeles, Calif.; Loris Manwaring; Salt Lake City; step-children, Joseph A. Reynolds Reyn-olds Jr., San Francisco, Calif; Reed R. Reynolds, Mrs. Bertha Winnifield, Los Angeles, Calif.; Jessie R. Reynolds,, Sillinook, Oreg.; Mrs. . Elizabeth Miner, Springville;' 20 grandchildren; one great grand child; a sister, Mrs. Rachel Dailey, and two brothers, David Whittaker, Salt Lake City and Zenos Whittaker, Provo. |
