Show HALLOWE'EN DANCE IS BIG SUCCESS Considerable interest and an especially good tTme was had by .'ill who attended the second of o series of dances last Thursday night, given by the business and professional men of this community commu-nity in an effort to increase home trade. Although the cash award of $20 was not claimed during the evening, eve-ning, all other prizes were given away with the sincere appreciation apprecia-tion of the receivers. A lovely combination waffle iron and electric elec-tric toaster was presented to Frank M. Brown; a ton of coal each to Mrs. V. O. Hafen, Dell Rowland and Basset Smith; a laundry ticket for S2 and two separate gifts of 5 gallons of gas each, to Mrs. Olive Anderson who really had Hallowe'en fortune with her that evening; Mrs. Thelma Clark received a free pass for two during a month's time at the local theater and the following also received five gallons of gasoline, gaso-line, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Dispain, Mrs. Hilda Grant, W. H. Brown. The cash prize will accumulate to $30 for the next dance which is scheduled for November 24. Plan to be there. It might be your luck Thanksgiving.
