Show FORD DEALERS VISIT PLANT Springville and the intermoun-tain intermoun-tain west will be represented by 115 Ford dealers from Utah, Idaho, Ida-ho, western Wyoming, western Montana and eastern Nevada at the Ford dealer meeting next Fri-iav Fri-iav with Henry Ford, founder, and Edsel Ford, president, of the Ford Motor company. The dealers, who will assemble at the Ford factory for the first time since the Ford Motor company com-pany was founded more than 33 years ago, converge in Salt Lake City Tuesday night and Wednesday Wednes-day morning, to entrain for Detroit. De-troit. Besides the big meeting- with the Ford Motor company officials, fhe Ford dealer body will present Mr. Henry Ford with the Cape Cod Windmill at Dearborn, in appreciation appre-ciation of the advancement he has made in the automobile field. The Scalers will visit the Greenfield Village and the Ford and Lincoln plants. The special train party, heuded by Mr. E. F. Lundstrom, manager f the intermountain branch, and E. F. McPherson, assistant branch nanager, will be accompanied by W. J. (Jack) Thomas, city passenger passen-ger agent of the Union Pacific ra ilroad. The dealers will be the guests of Henry and Edsel Ford during their stay in Dearborn. |
