Show county and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing 13.35 chains North of the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of Section Fourteen ( Hi, - Township Eight (8) South, Range Three (3) East of the Salt Lake Meridian; and running thence North 10 chains, thence North 89 West 2.71 chains, thence South 7 1-8 West 10.10 chains, thence East to the place of beginning, containing 3 acres. Also commencing 80.50 rods South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 8 South, Range 3 East of Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence East 80 rods, thence South 25.50 rods; thence West 80 rods, thence North 25.50 rods to the point of beginning, containing 12.25 acres, more or less. Also commencing 106 rods South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 8 South, Range 3 East of the Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence South 1 rod, thence West 13 rods more or less to the East line of Leo Harmer's land, thence North 1 rod, thence East 87 rods more or less to the Strawberry Canal; thence South 1 rod; thence West 74 rods more or less to the place of beginning.
