Show LIBARRY MAKES ANNUAL REPORT The Springville public library report, submitted by Librarian Louis Rowland for the year 1935, gives the following interesting items: Total circulation for the year, 20,712; adults 0,910. juveniles 10,-802; 10,-802; volume of adult fiction circulated, circu-lated, 7.234; average daily circulation, circu-lation, 6S.8; number of borrowers, 393; number of cards in force, 22-13; newspapers, 3; magazines, 39: volumes purchased during the year, total 341; adults 151, juveniles juven-iles 190: volumes contributed 44; adults 39, juveniles 5; total number num-ber of volumes on hand, 7.214, of which 4.700 are adults and 2514 arc juveniles. While nearly 2000 fewer books were read during the past year V than in 1934, the report indicates that a better type of material was read, with 2.518 non-fiction books 1 ! read in 1934, compared to 2,676 j ' the past year. i !
