Show Capone Resents Removal To Prison on . Alcatraz Island 1 ATLANTA, Aug. 22 (U.l!l Al Capone, America's first public enemy No. 1, feels the government has done him an injustice by removing re-moving him, along with 42 dangerous danger-ous prisoners, from the Atlanta penitentiary to , perhaps the "escape-proof" Alcatraz prison. Frank A. Doughmann, Capone's Atlanta attorney, revealed to the United Press that -the former Chicago Chi-cago gangster is definitely a member mem-ber of the convict group which was secretly removed by government govern-ment men from the Atlanta federal penitentiary at midnight Saturday and entrained for a speedy trip across the continent to the west coast. Department of justice officials have refused to confirm whether or not Capone is on the train which is expected to reach San Francisco late today. The assumption assump-tion is that the convicts are designed de-signed for San Francisco bay's Alcatraz Island prison where the government's incorrigiblcs are being be-ing confined.
