Show ESSIE MILLER L AID AT REST HERE SUNDAY Final tributes of respect to the life and character of Mrs. Essie C. Miller, wife of Jim Miller of Springville, who died Friday following fol-lowing a long illness and major operation, op-eration, were held Sunday in the Fourth ward chapel. Leo Robertson Robert-son of the ward bishopric was in charge. 1 i The speakers were William Gro-tegut, Gro-tegut, former bishop of Spanish Fork; Hilton Robertson of the stake presidency; Bishop S. L. Men-denhall, Men-denhall, Jr., and A. G. Thorn of the Fourth ward bishopric. Music was furnished by Glenn Holley of Mapleton and Freeman Bird of Payson, who sang two duets ; Ed Williams of Spanish Fork and Elmo Coffman, each sang a solo. Mrs. Mary Bird was accompanist. ac-companist. The invocation was by Willis Strong, of the stake high council; the benediction by J. F. Bring-hurst Bring-hurst of the stake presidency. Byron By-ron Mendenhill of Payson dedicated dedicat-ed the grave at the Evergreen cemetery. |
