Widtsoe that the general project plan for the apportionment of the water wealth of the state be explained by members mem-bers of the water storage commission commis-sion to water users of the various counties involved met with the endorsement en-dorsement of the commission. B. L. Burgon, chairman of the five-county water utilization organization, was appointed to arrange for meetings in Salt Lake.
