In-dians. The lad was tied to a fence 1 post and sticks were piled at his feet. A flaming torch accidentally ac-cidentally was dropped into the woci by one of the dancing, danc-ing, whooping warriors, and Phillip's clothing was fired. He broke his bonds and ran, a flaming little human torch. Mrs. E. F. Coughlin caught him and wrapped him in a sweater extinguishing the fire but the child was fatally burned. |
