IS BURIED IN 4 SPRINGVILLE Many Attend Funeral Services ; of Mrs. Elizabeth Packard, ' Springville Pioneer Funeral services were held in the SpriuKvillc Third ward chapel Mon- . for Mrs. Elizaheth l'acknrd, 81, SpriVvlllc pioneer of 1855 and wife ,f the late Neplil I'nekartl, who was tne third bishop in Springville. Mrs. l'acknrd was born in Staffordshire, Staf-fordshire, Enuland, and came to iO null with her parents, Henry and n Elizabeth Martin Clucns. She was the first aid to Anna K. Smoot in the Utah stake Primary association for 12 years and served as president of the Third ward Relief Society for 10 years. She was appointed hy Governor HelK-r M. Wells, a member of the jftah silk commission, which position posi-tion she held for five yenrs. The services were in charge of . Bishop II. Ralph Smart.
