Show KKSOLt'TIOX WHEREAS, the City Council of Springville passed a resolution on the 25th day of June, 1928 transferring transfer-ring the distribution of the irrigation irriga-tion waters of the Springville Irrigation Ir-rigation System to the' Springville Irrigation Company, the said transfer trans-fer to become effective upon the incorporation of the said Irrigation Company, and, WHEREAS, the said Company is now incorporated and authorized to conduct- the business provided for in its articles of incorporation. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of Springville that the distribution, control and management of the irrigation ir-rigation waters within the Springville Spring-ville Irrigation System, be and the same are transferred to the Springville Spring-ville Irrigation Company. Provided however that this resolution shall be supplemented by a contract heretofore agreed upon by the City Council and the Board of Directors Di-rectors of said company, which contract con-tract when executed by the Mayor and the Recorder of Springville and the President and Secretary of the Irrigation company shall contain the matters heretofore agreed upon by the City and the Irrigation Company, Com-pany, concerning their respective rights and obligations in the said transfer.
