Show U.S. Steel Co. files complaint United States Steel Corp., submitted additional information informa-tion to the Commissioner of Customs in Washington charging charg-ing that welding standard steel pipe manufactured in France is being sold in the United States at less than fair value as defined in the Anti-dumping Act. Today's charge was the third filed by United States Steel concerning the sale of foreign-made foreign-made welding standard steel pipe. On Dec. 11, the Corporation Corpora-tion submitted information regarding re-garding pipe manufactured in West Germany, Great Britain and Belgium-Luxembourg. This was followed ten days later with a charge that Japanese-made Japanese-made pipe also was being sold in the United States at dumping dump-ing prices. All of -the countries named in the United States Steel Complaints Com-plaints are signers of the Tariffs Tar-iffs Trade Agreement. .
