Milton Hult, National Dairy Council president will preside at the four-da- y convention, which will be themed to "Focus on the Future". George Win-der is general chairman. General sessions are open to the public which opens Monday morning at 9:30 with a talk w on the "Economic Outlook for 1963" to be given by Jesse W. Tapp, chairman of the Board of Bank of America, Los Angeles. Former Secretary of Agriculture, Ezra Taft Benson will speak on "New Agricul-ture Horizons" at the Monday luncheon. Tuesday sessions will spotlight the influence of the dairy industry in health educa-tion and physical fitness. John C. Campbell, who since 1957 has headed up the Utah-Wyomi- Division, will be dir-ector of the new district. This was followed ten days later with a charge that Japanese-mad- e pipe also was being sold in the United States at dump-ing prices. All of the countries named in the United States Steel Com-plaints are signers of the Tar-iffs Trade Agreement.
