Show Traffic ticket summary lists school ratings Payson High School is leading lead-ing in the home stretch of the Utah County Safety Achievement Achieve-ment race with a total of only 13 traffic Violations for the entire en-tire school year to date. In second place this week is American Fork High with a year's total of 36. Pleasant Grove . follows in third place with 33 citations for the year. Flying the safety flags this week are Provo High School, Lehi, Payson, BY High and St. Francis. Breakdown of last week's citations received by students at each of the Utah County high schools, with the year's total in parentheses, is as follows: fol-lows: American Fork, 3 (36); BY High, 0 (8); Lehi, 0 (32); Orem, 3 (167); Payson, 0 (13) Pleasant Grove, 2 (33); Provo, 2 (140); St. Francis, 0 (6); Spanish Fork, 2 (51) ; Springville, Spring-ville, 2 (64).
