The small sports-car in which she was a passenger, was struck by a truck, spun and over-turned. The Mapleton Second Ward Relief Society is busy putting finishing touches on plans for their annual bazaar, Wednesday, Wednes-day, Nov. 14. Everyone is invited in-vited to come out at 5:30 p.m. for a delicious hot supper and then visit all of the sale dis plays to take care of Christmas Christ-mas shopping early. Deer hides are being gathered gather-ed by the Scouts of Mapleton 2nd Ward in an effort to help the building program. Contact Jaun Whiting or Grant Hall and have the Scouts pick up your deer hide. In Mapleton Ward the Explorers Ex-plorers have a similar project. Don't let the hide of your deer be wasted. Call Garry Ras-mussen Ras-mussen and one of the Explorers Ex-plorers will be happy to call at your home for the hide. Our thanks should be as fervent for mercies received, as our petitions for mercies sought. C. Simmons. |
