In Justice Andrew Nelson's court of Manti, last week, Jens llendrickson of Centerfield had a hearino- on the charge of commit-ino- adultery with Mrs. Lena Nielsen, Niel-sen, also of Centerfield. Her husband, hus-band, Xiels Nielsen, is the complaining com-plaining witness. Defendant denied de-nied being guilty of the charge made, but after hearing the evidence Justice Nelson bound the defendant defend-ant over to the district court for trial.
