The market closed unsettled, at a decline of ic to I 2c net with September 51.95 to $1.05 Vi and ! December 51.02 to 51.03. Oats finished V,c to c down. In provisions the outcome ranged from 30c off to a rise of 15c. Until news came that moisture had been supplied In Kansas, Iowa and other important sections where there was need, the corn market mar-ket showed a decidpd upward tendency. Sentiment Senti-ment chantred quickly after selling was started by dispatches telllnc of rains. Houses with southwestern connections were leaders then in demonstrating that at least for the time being the market had been overbought. Better weather for oats as well ns for corn brought about a late setback in the oats market. Provisions were swaypd chiefly by the action of corn.
