Show RECEIPT HERE OF GARFIELD ORDERS EXPECTED TODAY Neither railroad nor fuel administration administra-tion officials here had received last night tiie latest order from Dr. Garfield pine-ing pine-ing drastic restrictions on lighting and heating. C. M. Ball, assistant to the general manager of the Oregon Short Line railroad, sa id last niht that it is probable that local officials will not get the orders' until some time today, as they will probably be transmitted through the 1 regional director of railroad, whose headquarters arc in Chicago. The. enforcement of these restrictions will be 1 :an died by the fuel administration administra-tion committee with the assistance of the civic coal commit tee.
