Show PRESIDENT WILSON SAYS LABOR GAINS BY PEACE TREATY WASHINGTON, May - President Wilson Wil-son cabled Secretary Tumulty today that in his opinion the labor program adopted as part of the treaty of peace "constitutes one of the moat important achievements of the new day in which the interests of labor are to be systematically and Intelligently Intelli-gently paiesruarded and promoted." Mr. Wilson said th;it lie peisunaliy regarded re-garded thp labor program as one ot the most Ki-atifvin&r achievements of the con-I'e'-ence and heiieved no oilier single thing that had beett (Ine would help more to stabilize conditions of labor throughout the world and ultimately "relieve the unhappy un-happy conditions which in tuu many places have prevailed."
