Show TWO ORPHEUM SHOWS ON NEW YEAR'S EVE A nnotmoement was made yesterday by Manager Edward P. Levy of the Orpheurn theater that two Orpheurn vaudeville shows will be given on New Year's eve, I following the precedent so successfully set last year, when the variety house en-I en-I tertained two of the largest crowds in its history. i The two Orpheurn shows will start at i S : 15 and 10:30 p. m.. respectively, the last performance being styled a "mid-! "mid-! night matinee." Botli shows will be the regular weekly vaudeville bill scheduled for that week, but through the efforts of Manager Levy an exceptionally strong aggregation of acts has been secured. The progra m will be headed by Eva, Shirley, youthful and vivacious prima donna, assisted as-sisted by Fid Gordon';? versatile musical boys and A) Roth, popular jazz dancer. Other featured acts on the lug bill are Ralph Dunbar's Salon Singers and "indoor "in-door Snorts,"' tiie first being a big musical musi-cal and singing organization and the latter lat-ter one of the merriest of farce comedies produced hy William B. Friedlander, Other Oth-er aets include Collins and Hart in a novelty surprise, Phiua and her picka-ninies. picka-ninies. Chris Richards, eccentric English comedian, and the Musical Hunters.
