Show 48-85 thereof Bhall be paid to Zlon's Pavings Pav-ings Bank & Trust Company and 37-S5 thereof shall be paid to tho estate of Charles Lammersdorf until the paid principal prin-cipal sum of ?S5,U00.00 with interest from the l-lth day of May, 1913, until paid, shall have been fully paid. After the said $$5,000.00 and Interest, taxes, expenses, etc.. shall have been fully paid, any moneys thereafter received from the sale of the said lands and property prop-erty shall be applied to the payment to the estate of Charles Lammersdorf of $11,000.00 and Interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from May 14, 191 3, until paid, which payment shall be made from time to time until the said $11, "00. 00, together with 6 per cent interest thereon per annum from the llth day of May, 1913, shall have been fully paid.
