Show COURT CONTINUES KING MURDER CASE LYNDON, Kan., Nov. 17. The trial of Rufus King, charged with the murder of John Woody of Maple Hill, was continued this afternoon by Judge Hefser In the district court until the April term. Trial of King, charged with murder in connection with the mysterious disappearance disap-pearance of three men at Maple Hill several sev-eral years ago, was set r today. King was arrested in Poeblo, Colo., several months ago following the finding of a skeleton on property formerly occupied occu-pied by him at Maple Hill. The excavations excava-tions led to the finding of additional bones and the subsequent filing of two more murder charges against him. It is expected that King will first face trial for the alleged killing of Woody, son of a farmer living near Maple Hill. King was brought here last evening frorn To-peka.
