Show STRIKERS BUCK TO RAILDUT1ES Resumption of Work Ends Great Steam Tieup on the Coast. LOS ANGELES, Calif., Aug. U0. Train service on the Southern Pacific, Santa Fe and Salt Lake routes, Avhich has been virtually paralyzed during the past week as the result of a strike of trainmen and yardmen, and which was resumed this morning when the strikers returned to work, was fast approaching normal tonight, officials of the three roads announced. Trains were dispatched on schedule today for points to the east, north and south and the embargo ou freight, which was placed in effect soon after the strike, was called, was lifted. With the strike on the steam lines setued, public officials ami labor leaders lead-ers turned attention to ihe Pacific IClcc-tric IClcc-tric and Los Angeles Street Hail way strike situation. The walkout of conductors con-ductors and motormeu on these lines precipitated the strike of the steam road trainmen. It was intimated that A. F.
