OCR Text	Show POCATELLO SCOUTS ENGAGE IN SPORTS Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Oct. 29. Thirty members of troop 4 of the boy scouts, under the leadership of Pat J. Phelan, city clerk, have formed an athletic club and have outlined a broad program of athletic events for the winter. Suitable quarters for the club have been obtained In the parish hall of St. Joseph's pro-cathedral pro-cathedral and are being fitted up for the use of the boys. Basketball will be a feature of the program, and Scoutmaster Phelan lias ordered uniforms for the boys who will participate in the hoop sport .
