Show WEST HIGH R. O. T. C. EQUIPMENT ARRIVES Three hundred seventy 1917-model Lee-Fn field. United States army rifles arrived yesterday for the use of the Salt Lake high school junior reserve officers' framing corps. The shipment received was for the AY est high school. A like shipment is expected to arrive this week for the Fast high ""school unit. Belts, bayonets and scabbards were also received, re-ceived, and a large part of the quartermaster quarter-master property, consisting of clothing and other equipment has arrived and is I being taken to each school. About 150 of the 18'.U-model Krag Jor-gensen Jor-gensen carbine rifles may be transferred Tor the use of the Bryant Junior high school unit, according to officers in charge of the unit. New gun racks will be made at the "West high school, inasmuch as tlie new rifles are nearly eight inches longer than the old models. The entire shipment of ordnance property was received from the Benicia arsenal at Benicia. . Cal.
