FOUR persons started for California Califor-nia yesterda' on a motorcycle and sidecar. Two will ride. the motorcycle and two will occupy the side car. The .trip is" unique for the fact, that it is one of the first parties of its kind that lias attempted a similar jaunt by this means of lo eomotion. Jack T. Le Xoir, formerly of the Twenty-ninth aero squadron, is the organizer or-ganizer of the party. His wife anil two friends, Olurcm-c Sampson and ' 1 liud ' ' Hall, will accompany him. Le Xoir enlisted en-listed in Salt Lake in 1917 and saw service abroad. The motorcycle is a, regulation machine ma-chine with a specially -built sidecar to accommodate two persons. Each passenger pas-senger was equipped with small handbags. hand-bags. The tourists expect to complete the trip within seven days. |
