Show EIIE POST OTCES SMET Indorsement by Labor Federation Fed-eration Condemned by Resolution. Condemnation of the action of ihe Utah State Federation of Labor in indorsing the soviet government of Russia is expressed ex-pressed in a resolution passed by the Bonneville post No. 20, American legion, at a meeting held at the Commercial club Inst night. The resolution follows: "Whereas, the recent indorsement given the soviet form of attempted government in Russia by the Utah State Federation of Labor has drawn acute attention to the dangers of a radicalism gone mad, and. "Whereas, it is the purpose of the American Amer-ican legion to uphold the principles of s'Mind citizenship and its aim in these trying times to steer a course of sanity in the defense of our government, u nd. "Whereas, one manner in which the Bonneville post No. 20 of the American legion can best express its desire to serve the interests of the United States lies in its ability to combat the forces which would seek to destroy the government govern-ment ; be it therefore Resolved. That the Bonneville post. No. 20 of the American legion put itself on record as condemning the action of the State Federation nf Labor in its indorsement indorse-ment of the soviet system as inimicable to the welfare of the country, perversive of all true ideals of democacy. and as a misrepresentation of the laboring interests inter-ests of the state.
