STORRS CONVICTED BY OKANOGAN JURY OKANOGAN, Wash., June S. A verdict of guilty was returned today by a jury which tried Douglas M. Storrs, charged -with the seduction of Miss Ruth Garrison, IS years old, who poisoned Storrs' wife, Mrs. Grace Storrs, in Seattle last spring. The poisoning, which occurred at a luncheon in a department store, was admitted ad-mitted by Miss Garrison, who declared she wished Mrs. Storrs out of the way. She was recently acquitted of a charge of murder mur-der on the a round of mental irresponsibility, irresponsi-bility, but under a state law was sent to the insane ward of the state prison.
